Summary: Great house on the water one of the few with private pool. Larger home than most all the amenities you could want(well maybe a clock on the wall by pool). House was clean and comfortable looking forward to staying next year!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. However, I wish the host would include more than one wash cloth and hand towel per quest. Bath towels were plenty. Also, I would like to recommend a hand rail getting into the pool. Some of the counters and tables could have been wiped down better. Water pressure in master bedroom sink very low. Also,If someone else was taking a shower in one of the other bathrooms water pressure in shower became low. In one of guest bathrooms the stopper was broken.

Summary: 3 nights to celebrate friend's 70th. Had a major house problem before arrival but host notified us immediately and since we could not use one of the bedrooms/bath, refunded us a portion to compensate. The workers who helped work on the issue were polite, professional and very nice.

Summary: We were 4 adults and a young teenager. This house was just what we needed for our weekend stay. Nothing better than being able to jump into the pool after a long day scalloping. The house has everything you would need to cook up a storm. The house is clean and well maintained.

Summary: House was clean and as described. Pool and patio area was a hit with the kids. Boat lift had issues but the friendly neighbor helped out with it. Be careful if you are booking and you have a boat with a T-top... you will not fit under the bridge on higher tides.

Summary: My family of six stayed here for a quick trip down for a few spring training games. This home was clean, and exactly as listed. The pool was icing on the cake for us..my kids were in heaven. Communication with owner was great. Beautiful view of the canal, and safe neighborhood. We would absolutely recommend anyone to this spot!
