Summary: I would highly recommend renting this house. The pictures don't do it justice and the location is spectacular. The owner responds quickly to any questions and he provides everything you could think of and then some. I bring all the supplies for my family and I did not need to unpack two totes because Jim supplied everything. We had 7 adults, 1 teen and 1 pre-teen and everyone had a great time at the house. We rented a pontoon boat and docked it at the house, which was a convenient location. The general store is a short walk from the house and it has many supplies and the ice cream is great! It was nice to be next to Kring Point State Park and Morgan Island for walks or runs through this beautiful area. My family and I will definitely be back again. Thank you Jim for your great hospitality!

Summary: Was there for fishing and besides the house and yard looking amazing, Jim was very helpful and responsive if we had any questions. Convenient boat launch right next door. Would definitely stay there again!

Summary: The house was very well stocked with anything needed to cook and bake. I personally LOVED the coffee bar that has a lot of different coffee pod varieties. The owner is also very accommodating and willing to help out with anything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable. We loved to access to the River right off the private dock. Overall, a very enjoyable time.

Summary: My family had the best week at this place! The dock was the perfect place for the kids to fish and swim. It was quiet and within walking distance of Kring’s General Store/ice cream stand, Kring’s Point Park with a playground, and Morgan Island. Jim was an awesome host. Five stars!

Summary: Absolutely amazing property! Our large family spanning three generations had an amazing time. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Fishing, swimming, relaxing on the deck, watching the ships go by. The house is very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our whole group.
