There are two cameras on site. One at the front door and one on the external garage keypad. These are used only for assisting guests who may have trouble getting into the home. Both are external and cannot see into the home.

Summary: Initial communication with Kyle was very responsive, accommodating and personable. Upon arriving at the house our entire party was blown away by the homes interior design/ layout. It was a perfect set up for having multiple families staying together in one house, the gigantic master was separated from the other rooms in the house making it easy for our two year old to nap/ sleep without being woken up by too much noise. This house had literally everything you could think of and more, from tooth brushes (which we needed because we forgot ours) to all types of charger cords, games for the whole family to enjoy and the list goes on and on. The sports and fitness center was a HUGE hit for the kids and the house was baby proof and if you travel with a toddler you know how much of a relief that is. The kitchen was amazing to cook in, had great cookware, foil, seasonings etc. and the back patio was perfect for evening drinks and family time. There were many many amenities that came with this house that I have never seen in any other bnb that we have stayed in. We had a great time going to lake in the woods and crater lake and are really happy with how our stay turned out. Thank you Kyle + your family for the hospitality.

Summary: This home is beautifully decorated! We felt a little spoiled. We stayed here with another family and there was plenty of room for us to have our own space and let the kids build memories together outside, in the playroom and in the giant great room. We used the pool near by, road bikes and went on a day trip to crater lake. A fabulous long weekend away from Salem.

Summary: This is a really great vacation rental. I really like the overall feel of Running Y, and this is a great house to stay in. Nice, quiet location; and it is clear some thought was put into making your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible. It is one of the best stocked vacation rentals I have stayed in, pretty much everything you need is already supplied in the home. It is also a very new house and felt very clean upon arrival. Looking forward to staying here again!

Summary: Kyle’s house was great. Best house me or my family has rented. Their family really put a lot of thought into the house and everything a person would need while staying there. The decor was on point along with everything they provided during our stay. Our kids had so much fun, and so did the adults. The weather was awesome for the end of February so we were able to ride their electric bikes around the neighborhood, and take advantage of the backyard games. Next time we go to Klamath I hope to stay here again!

Summary: This rental was OVER THE TOP. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was meticulously clean, abundantly outfitted, and had so many extras. This truly is a cozy home where you feel like you are walking into a home away from home and not a rental property. You will be super comfortable, sleeping, relaxing, and doing lots of fun activities here. There’s so many things to do within the resort: pickleball, basketball, volleyball,, ice-skating, and sledding in the winter, rollerskating and bumper cars in the summer, parks, catching frogs, picnicking, electric bike riding, playing games, and enjoying the private hot tub at the house, s’mores, etc. Outside of the resort, there are wonderful recreational things to do. You can visit, lakes, hiking, dining, local parks, and lots of natural beauty. We can’t say enough about this fabulous vacation we had. It brought our family closer and we will definitely be coming back to this relaxing home!
