Nestled in the Mountains and along side a hot spring creek this luxury property is your home away from home. The three-quarter acre lot gives you the privacy you need when sitting in your eight-man outdoor hot tub.
The Non-Smoking house features a wrap-around deck to enjoy the views of the mountains as well as the Columbia Valley. Every golfers dream, the home allows you to walk out the back patio on to the Mountain Side Golf Course in Fairmont Hot Springs.
After golfing, not only can you soak in your private hot tub, you can enjoy a calming sauna or play pool, darts, or a variety of board games in the games room.
Indoors your breath will be taken away by the beautiful mantle fireplace separating the living room from the full dining room. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to prepare a gourmet meal or for the boys, wieners and beans!
The two bedrooms on the main level feature two king beds, downstairs the three bedrooms include three double beds with three single top bunks.
This all year round retreat, in the Heart of the Rocky Mountains, offers many activities for all personalities. You can always find something to amuse yourself, rock climbing to reading, fishing to fitness all available right out your door!

Summary: Sue’s house was perfect for our 8 person golf trip. Love the creek that runs through the side of the property. The hot tub was pretty murky when we arrived there but overall the place was very clean and kitchen was well stocked.

Summary: We spent most of our time outdoors, as this property had a terrific backyard for outdoor yoga, laying in the hammocks, and the hot tub. The nearby creek is quite nice and adds to the ambience. Don't forget to bring bug spray and citronella! The old school arcade machine & pool table were a hit in the evenings! Fun for all ages. The kitchen was a bit tight for a larger group, but we managed. All kitchen necessities (including coffee machines!) were available and appreciated. Worth noting (even though it's in the listing) that there are cameras around the property that the host checks regularly. No issues but good to be aware for privacy purposes. One thing that was new for us, was having to wash/dry/fold all towels at the end of your stay. It was difficult coordinating showers on check-out day given that we had to start laundry the night before. Also, be VERY careful with the hot tub! Lots of very fragile pieces

Summary: The property was great for our golf trip, well equipped with dishes, cooking utensils, spices, etc. Very quiet location and hot tub was great. Had a minor problem checking in but Sue was quick to resolve it. I highly recommend this property for large groups.
