-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.

Summary: We rented this space for a Bachelorette party and had a great time. It was perfect for a larger group. Some of the sheets and towels did have stains on them although the house was clean overall. The kitchen could use a few more essentials like mixing bowls etc. In general the place was a good option for us!

Summary: We stayed here as a group of 8 and loved the huge rooms, plenty of beds, and all the extra towels! The only place it was slightly cramped was in the kitchen but we only had planned on cooking one meal together so it worked out well! Plenty of seating in the living area and 3 bathrooms meant that no one was waiting to shower. We really appreciated the Welcome Binder with a list of nearby recommendations, we walked to Epoch Coffee one day and loved it! The neighborhood was nice and quiet but a 10-15 minute rideshare to the downtown area. We had no trouble finding rides in this neighbhorhood.

Summary: We chose this house b/c it could accommodate 8 adults and 2 children under 3. We wanted a place for us all to be together to share the Thanksgiving holiday. The rooms were great, beds and bedding were comfortable. The five bedrooms were nicely appointed. There could be a few more hangers in the closet, these may have "walked" away with previous renters. The kitchen is the only place that could use a little help. It would be nice to have a couple of large mixing bowls to make a salad and also a set of oven mitts. If you wanted to cook all of your meals, I would suggest you request a list of items available in the kitchen. Communication with our local host was easy and she responded quickly. There was an issue with the refrigerator and she arranged to have someone come out and repair it. I also requested a baby gate, so we could block off the stairs and the next day one was delivered! The house is in a great location.
