5 Bedroom House in Roanoke

Summary:
Great house located in downtown Roanoke! Located exactly 1 mile away from the center, you're only a 10-15 minute walk, or a $6 Uber away! 5 bedroom house, 6 beds, 3 FULL bathrooms. House can sleep 12. Great area and newly renovated! Plenty of parking for up to 6+ cars. House is equipped with a 65" LED Tv with a Roku attached for streaming (accounts not provided). Fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms!
The Space:
This house was just recently rebuilt from the ground up and is basically brand new. Everything you see was just constructed. Has 3 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 in the finished basement. Approximate size is 2500 square feet. Can easily sleep 12 comfortably. The house is fully furnished from the living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms etc. You will need to bring nothing besides yourself and clothes. All amenities such as toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, detergent, sheets, linens, etc are all provided! In the living room is a 60" LED Tv with a roku attached for streaming (accounts not provided for streaming). The yard is fenced in with one small opening for cars to pull up! There is also a patio out back with a gas grill, and seating for 4.
Please note that only a maximum of 12 people are allowed. Pets are allowed but there is a $50 charge per Pet, per day. The maximum we will charge no matter the length of your stay is a $100 Pet fee.

The house is located just over a mile away from Downtown Roanoke. You can take a cab or uber directly to downtown and it costs you under $5. Private fence around the whole house as well! Many local shops, restaurants and convenience stores located just a minute or two away!
Getting Around:
A car is recommended but you can uber anywhere in downtown for less then $6 and from there you can go to the center of downtown to connect to the airport, smartway bus to get to blacksburg and lynchburg and even the Amtrak!

Summary: Very clean house- which was great! I was disappointed with the kitchen. The coffee maker leaked water and was missing a part - so it was NOT useable. The ice maker did not work and there were no trays to make ice for ourselves. The host was not as responsive as I would have liked.

Summary: We were a group of 11 that stayed at the property for 2 nights. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Place was clean and well stocked. We used the deck and the front porch. It would have been nice to have a pool table or a hot tub for some additional fun or activities for kids. Overall we had a nice time. Folks that want to hike to McAfee knob this is a good place to rest up after the longe hike.

Summary: Very nice house. Very homey & comfortable with everything you need. Conveniently located; close to everything you can think of. Nice outdoor spaces with a front porch & a deck on the back of the house with picnic tables & a grill. Alot of parking with a really long driveway you enter from the rear & convenient parking in front on the street. I highly recommend this property to anyone needing a rental in Roanoke! You will not be disappointed!

Summary: We needed a large house, and this fit the bill. There are plenty of rooms and space to stretch out. Comfortable beds, too. When we arrived, the temperature was very hot, even in summer. The next day, the property manager had maintenance men out, and the rest of our stay was very comfortable. I appreciated the communication. We did not explore the neighborhood much, but we were told not to by people we knew in the area
