Plan your dream summer getaway at the Oasis by West Lake close to the Sandbanks. Relax in a luxurious and comfortable 3 bedroom home (2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 queen sofa bed in common area) on private acreage with mature trees. Spend the day in the solar heated, salt water pool and enjoy outdoor dining with a gas BBQ and poolside cabana. Enjoy a resort-like private property near the beach, surrounded by nature and perfectly situated just minutes to the famous Sandbanks dunes beaches.
The space is setup for feeling relaxed all for you to enjoy the laid-back luxury you deserve. There is an HRV fresh air system that is constantly moving fresh air through the house, a 32 ft solar heated saltwater pool in our private backyard oasis surrounded by nature. The house is set back 800 feet from the road by a forest filled with birds backing onto West Lake(no direct water access). Guests will enjoy an open floor plan living and dining room with large comfortable sectional sofa and TV area to gather and a beautiful dining table that seats 8 to enjoy meals together. Enjoy a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with loads of natural light. Our home is conveniently all on one floor with 3 bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen), the master bedroom features a modern 4 piece en suite bath, the large main spa like bathroom features a skylight, soaker tub, rainwater shower and double vanity. (Maximum Guests-6 adults, 4 children)
Enjoy sunny summer days poolside with comfortable outdoor sectional seating, a shade sail for sunny afternoons, pool loungers, pool floaties and for the cooks in your group you have a large gas BBQ and prep area. Spend your evenings gathered around the stone fire pit with Adirondack chairs or just take in the clear County evening skies for stargazing here at your own private Oasis.
Stay home and cook in the sunlit full chef’s kitchen using fresh local ingredients or step out to enjoy award winning PEC restaurants and some of the best wineries in Canada all within 10-15 minutes of our home.
Whether coming as a group of friends or family, our Oasis by West Lake has something for everyone. Enjoy the sun sets from the pool deck with a local glass of wine in hand. You won't want to leave!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay here! The house is very well-equipped, and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy days and evenings by the pool and relaxing inside. The house is huge (especially coming from our small houses in England!), and felt very luxurious. The owners kindly provided Sandbanks passes, and we spent the day on the beautiful beach. We didn't do much else in the area, as we were enjoying being in the house, but the owners had provided information about lots going on in Prince Edward County.

Summary: Had a fabulous time, place was great. There was a webcam overlooking the pool which was not mentioned in the listing or house manual, which did put us off using the pool. However overall it was excellent.

Summary: Laura and Craig were the perfect hosts. Needed help manoeuvring the TV and we got a quick response. Beds are very comfortable. The fresh air system is amazing and the home was very clean. Gorgeous spa like bathroom, private and beautiful property. The pool was perfect for the 30* temperatures. Thank you both for making my 1st VRBO experience a great one! Hope to book for next summer again,. Next time I’ll book sand banks well in advance.

Summary: Lovely vacation home in Westlake. Centrally located with short drives to our favourite spots in Sandbanks, Picton, Bloomfield etc. Kids had loads of fun in saltwater pool which was clean and warm. Appreciated access to summer lettuces & host was very accessible. Highly recommend for families.

Summary: Beautiful property, super clean and stylish with a great swimming oasis on an amazing property. The only draw back (and no one’s fault) is that at the end of the driveway, highway 12 is a mini-401, with obnoxious tourist flying by. Not conducive for strolls or bike rides. I would recommend this lovely place as long as you aren’t looking for remote PEC-ness!

Summary: Overall our stay was very enjoyable. A quick 5 minute drive to Sandbanks and great amenities at the home - fire pit, outdoor pool, plenty of lounging area etc. The home is exactly as per the listing and well maintained. Craig and Laura were very responsive and answered all our questions promptly. Everything was a breeze. A nice getaway from the City without having to travel too too far. My family had a wonderful time.

Summary: Two couples with one kid each, stayed at this delightful property from July 27-August 3. Everything was great. The house is so bright, with beautiful big plants in the living space. The backyard is a a dream; just like a resort, but private. We seriously wanted for nothing. We just relaxed and explored the county. Thanks so much!
