With exciting activities at your fingertips, including bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, yard games, movies, books, and board games, you'll never have a dull moment!
Just a short 10-minute stroll or quick bike ride away, you'll discover a pristine, secluded beach, dotted with seashells, sea turtle nests, and the occasional dolphin sighting. The beach offers full restroom facilities and outdoor showers. Before heading off to the beach to catch sunrise enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious front deck, the breezy screen room, or the back deck.
For those feeling active, the Malacompra hiking and biking trails are right out your doorstep. The Hammock Community Center is also within walking distance, offering basketball, volleyball, tennis, pickleball courts, horseshoe pits and a great kids playground! BBQ grill in the backyard.

Summary: The property was clean, one tiny bedroom, one really big bedroom. Hot wate for shower lasted almost long enough to wash my hair...One bicycle had air in tires, others needed work. It was more than 1/2 mile walk to beach, would be bice to have a wagon to take chairs to beach. It worked but wouldn't recommend for more than 4 people.Worked for us, but we

Summary: I was so pleased with this cottage, it had all the things we needed to feel at home. I am handicapped and got a chair for the shower, I left it for your use, hope you did not mind. The construction on the street was a little messy, but the workers were very helpful , in finding our address. I will stay again, thank you, shirley Simmons
