This newly constructed mountain home on 3 private acres is the Northwest’s most unique and complete vacation experience! No expense was sparred in the construction and furnishing of the beautifully appointed 5,100 sq. ft. main home, and the 2,500 sq. ft. pool house. The pool house boasts a 16ft by 33ft heated pool, 8-10 person hot tub, living area with a kitchenette, ping pong table, and a private bath. During the summer months slide open the according doors of the pool house and enjoy the sun deck and outdoor shuffleboard court.
The main home is an entertainers dream featuring a huge great room, fully stocked chef’s kitchen, 5 master suites, bunk room, and an extraordinary game/media room. Enjoy the great outdoors while relaxing in the covered outdoor living spaces between the main house and the pool house. This is a perfect venue for 6 couples, or 4 to 5 families!

As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas ledgestone fireplace, comfortable couches, and a 65” Smart TV. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and a short path to the private pool house.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, custom cement countertops, dual sinks, and an oversized island prep area that seats 4. The massive dining table is just steps away and can seat 10 comfortably.
The 2nd floor game and media room will not disappoint! It boasts commercial grade games including shuffleboard, skee-ball, air hockey, pool table, foosball, and a video arcade table. The room also features a 75” smart TV in the media area and a massive, leather sectional. This room has a wet bar and a full bathroom with a tile shower.

Place was super clean and well equipted with games and pool and hikes and more for all family to do.Would have liked to have a chair in each bedroom. No place to sit except on bed. Also, without a remote control for the fireplace it is easy to burn yourself when trying yo turn it off (Had to open doors, tilt down access door at bottom, and reach in to push rocker on/off switch.)

Lots of space to be together, and apart Amazing game room, and of course the pool house was wonderful! 5 days wasn’t enough time! Everything worked, and it was very welcoming - clean and walkways shoveled so easy entry. Loved the entrance thru the mud room off the garage - plenty of room to stage entry and exit from the home. Double appliances was a surprise bonus

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the absolute, perfect home for our multi-family gathering. From a practical standpoint, every bedroom had it's own full bathroom so there was no figuring out shower schedules. The kitchen was enormous so many of us were able to cook, prep, and clean all at once without bumping into each other. It had two dishwashers, two sinks, and two trash receptacles so trash overflow or dirty dishes was never an issue. As for entertainment, the game room was like a mini Dave and Busters. We went HAM on the skee ball, hitting a high score of 82,000! (if you stay here, just try and beat that!). The full length 22' shuffle board made for some intense battles. The kids loved hanging in the TV room, which is where you could find them when not soaking in the pool and hot tub. I've been staying in Cle Elum/Suncadia for the past few years and no other home can compare. It's only 22 minutes from the Suncadia resort which was totally fine for us to plan our tee times at Prospector and Rope Rider. This is an epic home that I hope to stay again next year.

Kitchen is well stocked and includes 2 dishwashers, full pot and pod coffee makers.Had questions for the management company - they were right on top of things.Property is located about 5 miles south of I-90, so in the area of Suncadia but not part of the development. Very quiet and peaceful.
