Located on a three-acre, private peninsula on Claytor Lake in Radford, Virginia – Lemonade Lodge welcomes you all year round. In the springtime, wake up to bright and brisk mornings and enjoy your coffee on the screened in porch or throw in a line and see what you catch. In the summertime, enjoy sunbathing on the upper dock with a margarita (or lemonade of course!) after swimming or kayaking in the deep, quiet cove. Make it an even more action-packed summer day by renting a pontoon boat from Claytor Lake State Park. In the fall, enjoy rocking on the porch and watching the leaves fall or enjoying a glass or wine, hot cocoa or s'mores with a view at the lakeside gazebo. In the winter, enjoy the cozy wood-burning fireplace with a book, the hot tub with friends, or relaxing with a movie downstairs. You’ll make memories all year long at Lemonade Lodge.

Summary: Our stay was great. The location is perfect. The deck and dock are both great areas to hang out. The kayaks provided at the property were awesome to take out on the lake. Slept 12 comfortably. Overall just an awesome place for a summer weekend.

Summary: Rang in the new year in this beautiful home with family and friends! The house had everything we needed to cook our meals and plenty of space to accommodate for group movie and game nights! The hosts were very responsive to our needs! Would love to come back and enjoy the outdoors more during the summer time. Thank you for sharing your home!

Summary: Four couples/adult children rented this spectacular lakefront home in early October. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The property was very private and the views of the lake from the boathouse deck and pergola were unparalleled … almost no other properties were visible. The home itself was very clean, in excellent condition, and very well appointed with high quality glassware, cookware, flatware and appliances. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of linens/pillows/ blankets. There was a kayak launch and small deck that made getting into/out of the kayaks a breeze (and kept us dry on a crisp fall morning). We used the hot tub — a lot — and it was quite comfortable for 4-5 people. All decks and pergola had ample seating so our group of 12 could all be together. Plenty of parking. Follow the driving directions given by the property management because the property can be a little tricky to find.

Summary: Lemonade Lodge is a fantastic get-away! Our Family group consisted of adults 25-91. The master suite served the elder family parents well as there is an entry with no steps and a walk in shower. The 30ish adults shared the bunk room and the married couples utilized the other two rooms with queen beds. The main floor was perfect for our needs with multiple tables and seating inside and on the decks. The lake views and outdoor seating areas were fantastic for conversation. The acoustics within the house allowed for multiple conversation groups. Well planned and one of the best properties we have visited. Our suggestion would include better road signage as we arrived in the dark and it was initially difficult to determine which driveway was the appropriate one. It took us a while to discover the roll away bed in the utility room downstairs as it was out of sight when the door was initially opened. Thw elder parents believe a grab bar in the shower would improve safety. Wonderful property!! Thank you for sharing this gem with us.
