Well appointed four bedroom three bath single level ranch home on 480 +/- acres in the Madison River Valley. Located on the banks of Rey Creek with private walking access through the ranch to the Madison River. Extremely private with no neighbors near by and dramatic views of the Spanish Peaks and Tobacco Root mountains. Enjoy a genuine Montana ranch experience just 30 minutes from Bozeman. Wildlife abounds with whitetail deer, mule deer, moose, raptors, abundant waterfowl, and a plethora of other bird life . Brown trout and rainbow trout populate Rey Creek and the Madison River. The coyotes will sing you to sleep at night.
Just four miles from the confluence of the Gallatin, Madison , and Jefferson Rivers, the ranch is located at the heart of Southwest Montana's famed trout fisheries. Numerous public access points to these rivers are available within three to ten miles of the ranch.
Headwaters State Park and Buffalo Jump State Park are within five miles of the ranch and offer historical exploration as well as walking and hiking trails. Lewis and Clark Caverns is another local favorite park and is Montana's first and best-known state park featuring one of the most decorated limestone caverns in the Northwest.
Go on excursions to Big Sky, Yellowstone Park or hike the numerous trails in the Bozeman area. Nearby fine dining options include the historic Sacajawea Inn and local favorites The Land of Magic and Sir Scott's Oasis. Thirty miles to the east, the town of Bozeman offers a broad range of fine dining and cultural amenities. Bridger Bowl Ski Resort is 45 minutes from the ranch and Big Sky Resort is approximately 90 minutes.
Newly constructed in 2006, this ranch home has modern features such as a generous great room and open kitchen, living, and dining area. The master bedroom offers a spacious walk in closet and private master bath with dual sinks and jetted tub. A spacious covered porch wraps around two sides of the home and provides an outdoor sitting/dining area accessed from the great room and a cozy spot to enjoy morning coffee outside the master bedroom.
There are a total of five beds in the four bedrooms. The master has a king-sized bed, two guest bedrooms each have queen sized beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a full-sized futon bed that brings the maximum sleeping capacity to ten people.
Two of the guest rooms share a jack and jill bathroom and the third bedroom has its own bathroom which also serves as the guest bathroom. Wi-fi and a smart TV are included. For equine enthusiasts who are traveling with their horses, there is a three stall barn and outside pens for an additional fee.

Summary: Our group of 8 stayed for a week. Great central location to all the rivers in the Bozeman/Big Sky area. The ranch is very peaceful. There are a lot of deer in the area which you will see in the mornings running all over the place. The house was fantastic! Very big and well stocked with dishes/pots and pans/utensils/seasonings. There were many leftover canned and dry goods from previous groups. The beds were very comfortable. There are fans in every room and it cools down quite a bit at night so sleeping is not an issue. I never heard one complaint from any of the guys all week. Everyone loved the country vibe and couldn’t say enough good things about the place. I would highly recommend staying here, you can’t go wrong! The owners live fairly close and are also readily available by phone or text.

Summary: The property was clean and well appointed with many nice touches. The road was very dusty and bumpy to and fro. Obviously not her responsibility but some thing you need to be aware of. The biggest concern we had was a very stinky front bedroom. I believe it was a dead animal in the basement or wall. I made her aware of it but she blew it off. I also believe she was aware of it and neglected to do anything about before our arrival or during stay, based on a conversation with her daughter. After texting several times again, she blew it off, so based on the price and my daughter having to sleep in that bedroom with the terrible stench, I expected at least some restitution but again no response to my final text so that’s very disappointing.

Summary: What a wonderful vacation rental! The property is absolutely beautiful with stunning views and abundant wildlife that we enjoyed watching. The house is so comfortable, clean and inviting; and these hosts have supplied it with everything you need. If you forget any toiletries, no worries, Brandie has you covered! The beds and pillows are very comfortable, the towels are thick and plentiful...even the toilet paper is top notch. Hands down, the best VRBO we've ever booked.

Summary: We've stayed in many VRBOs and this property is among the very best. It feels very remote but it's within a reasonable drive to the best that the Bozeman/Yellowstone area has to offer. If you're seeking a well-appointed, highly functional house surrounded by solitude, wildlife, and a big sky, this is your place. Absolutely recommended!

Summary: Wonderful, spacious layout with plenty of natural light and…quiet. The house had plenty of things that we needed for cooking at home. For our evenings and mornings with temps in the teens the house temp was always just right. Thankful for our stay!

Summary: This is a wonderful house for a relaxing vacation in MT. It was decorated beautifully with a Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations since we were there over the holiday. My brother and aunt spent time exploring the property while I cooked in the nicely appointed kitchen. The driveway was plowed after one night of snow and we didn't have any issues getting to the property or getting out for trips to Bozeman or Three Forks.
