Summary: The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because it is listed incorrectly as a "3 bedroom" property. It has two very nice bedrooms and a fancy gym. They have an inflatable mattress you can deploy in the living room. This fact is a little clearer on a web page, but buried beneath drop downs in the iPhone app. We ended up doubling up in one of the beds. That said, the view from the backyard is stunning, overlooking a protected wooded area. We enjoyed lounging by the pool during the day and relaxing in the living room in the evening. The communication was extremely courteous and responsive, and the property was clean and in excellent condition.

Summary: This property was perfect. We were in town for a business conference but this made it feel like a vacation! The location was perfect…close enough to everything (everything was within 15 minutes) yet secluded and private. The owners stay elsewhere on the property (it’s several acres) but we would have never known that had they not told us. It’s also a beautiful place to watch the sunset. The home was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable.

Summary: WOW. This was the most amazing vacation I've ever been on, thanks to this VRBO. Dani was an exceptional host, and we were lucky enough to meet her and speak with her by the pool during one of our afternoons. She is amazing and so kind! Expect to take some of the best photos of your life here - and I also would like the mention that the privacy was unmatched. There are two gates with codes in order to reach the property so we felt very safe as a group of four women. Waking up to the view every morning felt like literal paradise and my group is considering booking again at some point in the near future. The host has all bathroom essentials you could think of in the master bath. Hot rollers, period products, supplements, razors, etc. We had everything we needed as a group of four girls. ALSO - I got some of the best sleep of my life in the master bed. The mattress itself is legitimately like a cloud and I was sad to come home to my own mattress. Final notes: -Keep sliding doors closed or little bugs will welcome themselves in (our fault). -The audio system in the house is definitely worth noting, it was amazing and we definitely had a few dance parties. -The water quality is stellar and I don't think my hair had ever been so soft after showering. - You WILL want to book this place again which might be troublesome for the wallet, but SO WORTH IT. A huge thank you to Dani for making our stay an unforgettable one. I look at photos I took of the view everyday.

Summary: I’ve been eyeing this property on Vrbo for months before finally biting the bullet and booking my stay. Daniyela answered any questions/requests in a timely manner and was incredibly helpful. My only regret is not booking my stay for longer. I definitely will be staying here again when I plan my next visit in Austin.

Summary: Had a great time in Austin, much thanks to this rental! Not realizing our stay coincided with the Austin marathon, we were able to spend a day enjoying the view and tranquility rather than street closures and crowds. But outside of marathon day, this house easily accesses downtown and all it has to offer, while still giving a getaway feel. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Austin.

Summary: Pictures don't do this house justice. The hill country views are breathtaking, the pool and yard are well maintained and so relaxing, the house was spotless and smelled so nice -- everything about our stay was perfect. Daniyela and Paul were great hosts. Check in was easy and the house had everything we needed. I would come back to Austin just to stay at this house again!
