Summary: Joanne and Todd were very kind and welcoming. Their charming hideaway had all the details of a hotel stay with a enchanting set up in the backyard for fresh air enjoyment. Our dog was welcome and given treats and a feeding set up all ready. She enjoyed the yard as well. It was a perfect short stay and in close proximity to Saratoga Springs, Ballston Spa and Schenectady.

Summary: My husband and I attended a concert and didn't get to check in until after midnight. The hosts stayed up to welcome us and show us around. The room was beautiful, a very comfortable bed, streaming TV service, and water and snacks, which we appreciated very much. We didn't use the hot tub because we were just too tired but the back yard looked beautiful to hang out in. Thank you for your hospitality!

Summary: The hosts were very kind and I enjoyed my stay. There are 2 issues that can easily be corrected. First it is listed as a 1 bedroom but it's really a studio. The second thing is that the mattress was a bit too soft. However the kindness of the hosts made up for those issues.

Summary: Joanne welcomed me warmly to her adorable unit with comfortable bed, charming decor, easy parking, and safe country neighborhood. I enjoyed the absolutely beautiful sparkling clean hot tub under the stars, and my dog enjoyed the large fenced yard. I came because my kids compete in rowing at Saratoga Lake. I highly recommend this host and property.
