This secluded brand new home is on its own 80 acres with its own 10 acre private pond, which is suitable for swimming, fishing and boating. Two acres of mowed lawn adjacent to the pond.
Owner resides on an adjacent parcel with its own 30 acre pond which is available for guests to use. several miles of trails traverse the property.
The Rental has a 10 x 20 deck, two-person Jacuzzi in master bedroom, 4 x 6 walk-in shower with two showerheads. Reclining sofa and loveseat in living room face flat screen TV. Summary: Amazing relaxing. We came my husband and I and 3 kids. 15,12, and 4. Wish we went alone. It was just so relaxing. The views were amazing. The lake is everything. Even thought it was super cold we got to take the boat out. It’s just everything as described. Would be perfect for a romantic getaway.

Summary: House is practically brand new and well appointed, set in the woods with no nearby homes. Dog enjoyed swimming in the pond and the big pond has fish. Supermarket is 15 minutes away and there are some decent restaurants in Ellenville, the nearest town. Also some wineries within 30 - 45 minute drive. Good place for an extended weekend stay.

Summary: The cabin was spotless, super comfortable, and quiet. The location couldn't be beat (note: private pond with amazing views, anyone?). The owners were super responsive and really nice. The area is lovely with lots of trails and places for exploration and forest bathing. Our dog was in heaven! This was an outstanding vacation experience. We definitely would come back again. Highly recommend!

Summary: Beautiful property. Perfect for those who want to escape a bit. You have the lake/house completely to yourself (no nextdoor neighbors). Able to spot deer, beaver and geese. House is modern and very clean.

Summary: We had an amazing time at this property! It was very quiet and was the perfect way for us to get away for a long weekend. We canoed on the lake, went for walks in the area and enjoyed just staying in the clean and well kept house for a relaxing evening. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had a lovely time at this property! The house is newly constructed and has all the necessary amenities - including some perks like satellite TV with several movie channels, a king bed, and a large master shower - to make our stay comfortable. Everything was clean and in good working order. The back porch is well maintained and has a direct view of the private lake. Down a short path surrounded by woods there is a canoe with access to the lake surrounded by grass and a gazebo where you can enjoy the solitude of the environment. A word for dog parents - we found several ticks on our dog (which is typical for a heavily wooded environment) so make sure your dog is fully protected if you visit outside of winter months. We had a great stay, and hope to return for more canoeing in the sun!

Summary: This house was the perfect spot to disconnect from our work and home life and spend some time outdoors. We got incredible takeout from a town nearby, as recommended by the owners, canoe'ed on the pond, grilled on the deck, and let our dog run around to his heart's content!
