Welcome to our luxury Villa in sunny Davenport, Florida - very close to Disney and so much more! You will sink into the luxury, memory foam KING mattresses in 3 of the bedrooms for plenty of room to rest and sleep in comfort! The 4th bedroom hosts double bunks for the kids which also have luxury memory foam mattresses! All 4 bedrooms have plenty of room to sleep and hold your luggage! The kitchen is home to brand new SS appliances with a smart fridge that plays the radio! This comfortable private pool home is located in the sought after Calabay Parc development that offers camera security and peace of mind safety! We are minutes from all the Disney Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, Florida beaches, golfing, spas, shopping, and dining and much more! You'll find a spacious bathtub in the primary suite where you can soak and relax; a large family room with new comfy couches; and a comfortable separate sitting room for reading, games or just relaxing~ that's two locations to hang out with your family and friends! There are smart tv's in the three main bedrooms, and one in the family room to stream your favorite shows! Our pool has plenty of room to swim! We have large pool towels to use while you stay! Pool is also safety fenced, and each exterior door to the pool has alarms that can be activated for child safety! (Pool can be heated for minimal charge, but you may want to use it to cool off after a hot day!) Pool can be accessed from the family room, and both primary bedroom suites! Dining table/chairs and additional chairs under the covered lanai and around pool to enjoy the outdoors!

Summary: We had a great month relaxing by the pool, day tripping to various local attractions as well as some further afield. We were very happy with the property as well as its convenient location to attractions. Home is very clean with great selection of amenities. Had very open communications with the owners and the one small issue we had was dealt with quickly with the local management company. We are hoping to do it all again next year about the same time and definitely at the same location

Summary: we stayed here for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time the area was wonderful and the house was lovely we couldn’t have asked for better or better people to communicate to if we ever needed anything, john and sherrie answered us, thank you for letting us stay in your home!!

Summary: Close to a lot of attractions. Beds were comfy. I’d heat the pool as it was a little chilly but we weren’t there much to use it. Great communication with owners!

Summary: We were looking for a comfortable house with a private pool in a quiet neighborhood. We found it here. We were in the pool every day. Great quiet neighborhood where we walked daily, including a wonderful trail in a nearby forest that had lots of birds, native plants, even some wild turkeys we could hear at night. John and Sherrie were responsive and accomodating hosts. Easy access to nearby shopping, dining and golf.

Summary: Lovely home. Loved the two king suites. Worked great to have my parents stay with us. Owners and management were excellent to deal with. Great communication. We’ll stocked kitchen. Was glad we paid for pool heat. Was able to enjoy the pool everyday with the warm weather we had for our entire 10 day stay. Highly recommend. Home away from home!!
