Summary: Home was very clean with comfortable furnishings. Location is in quiet neighborhood and worked very well for us with easy access to highways and many attractions within 20-30 minute drive. Very nice restaurants and Walmart store for groceries within a short distance. Owner was very responsive to any questions - great rental!

Summary: The house and the owner are great. It does cost a little more to heat the pool, and the instructions from the management company weren't super clear about that, but we had great communication with the actual owner of the home and the stay went super well.

Summary: This home was exactly as advertised. The home was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Great neighborhood close to many restaurants and stores. The property manager and owner were very attentive. Only thing I would have done differently is probably paid to heat the pool. The water was colder than I expected for the heat that Arizona so I didn’t use the pool but my husband took a swim and got some use out of the pool. I will definitely book this place again.

Summary: We absolutely loved this rental! We have family in Ahwatukee and visited the area for Spring Break with our two teenage sons. We travel here often and this rental will definitely be our new go-to for lodging! The location for any visitor is great - close to many restaurants, grocery stores, hiking, the airport - and even close to quick and easy urgent care (yes, we needed that 🙄). We went out and about every day to explore Phoenix (Musical Instrument Museum, the Botanical Gardens, Golfland, Japanese Zen Garden, and an ASU prospective college visit) and this house was a fabulous home base. We had the pool heated, and my kids jumped in every day even though we had some pretty cool (for PHX) days. We also loved the arcade room, and the giant TV in the family room was the BEST for watching March Madness! Both my husband and I logged-in to work every day and the WiFi and areas for working were perfect. Most importantly, the rental was very clean, updated and functional. Loved it. Five stars!
