Summary: This was our 2nd time here. We will continue to make this a yearly vacation spot. The kitchens do need to be stocked better with cooking items, hot pads, etc...

Summary: The property was great, grandkids loved the pool and we loved the scenic pastures. We would given a overall great rating other than the basement has a serious mouse infestation. I'm not really interested in that comment being part of my review mainly including it so the property owner can take care of the problem.

Summary: The house featured a unique layout that accommodated multiple families well. Initially, we were curious by the three separate kitchens shown in the online pictures, but once we arrived, we found the space to be quite functional. The pool and deck were enjoyable, although there was limited shade available. The ample indoor space allowed everyone to spread out and relax comfortably. Justin, the Guest Contact, was friendly and responsive to our inquiries. He even offered to inflate any pool toys we had, which was a nice touch. One minor observation was the limited supply of essentials. We were provided with only a few rolls of toilet paper and the garbage bags already in the cans. When we reached out to Justin for more, he clarified that we were responsible for replenishing these items ourselves. While it wasn’t a major issue, it did require an extra trip to the store. This seemed a bit incongruous given the high-end soaps, lotions, teas, and K-Cups provided. Nevertheless, it did not significantly impact our overall experience. In summary, the house offered a spacious and versatile environment ideal for groups, with minor areas for improvement in terms of supplied essentials. Justin’s excellent service and the overall amenities made for a pleasant stay, and we would recommend this property for its unique layout and accommodating features.

Summary: Check-in was super easy! The house was squeaky clean and perfect for the 5 families who came for a reunion. Each suite has a private bathroom and there are three kitchens which was so helpful when cooking for 17 people! The polol and hot tub were in great condition and the main source of enter for the kiddos. All appliances worked well and there was ample room for relaxing, game playing and visiting. We would highly recommend this property for family gatherings. If you plan on cooking there are ample pots and pans, very basic kitchen tools, and plenty of plates, bowls and silverware.

Summary: Everything was great but amenities needed refreshed or added to. not enough things like dishes for a big group like ours. No propane, grill was worn out, not many options for pans, bowls, etc to prep/cook food. One roll of toilet paper, very few bath towels. The house and pool were great.

Summary: Beautiful house with lots of open space and comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful open yard and safe pool and hot tub area. Very quiet and restful. No visible neighbors. I would come here again! We had a wonderful vacation here with a group of teens, babies, small kids and adults.

Summary: The house is amazing, the pool was clean and warm, hot tub was relaxing. The game room was so much fun! Everything was either up to or above par for sure. Beds were super comfy as well. Only thing I wish was listed on the amenities was a grill and coffee maker, we brought those things and ended up not using them because the house already had them. Other than that this was a great house!

Summary: The home and property are as described and pictured. We were a group of six adults and five grandchildren compromised of my husband and myself, two of our grown children, our daughter-in-law, son-in-law and our five grandchildren ages 8-14. There was plenty of room to spread out and also come together. The arcade games were a blast and we all had fun playing games at the dining room table. We loved the backyard. The pool was still too cold, but the hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed the fire pit and all the stars. A special treat was the herd of cows that came to say hello everyday. The countryside was peaceful and beautiful. If you care to wander off, both Springfield and Clarksville are close. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful, lovely countryside getaway. The management company was great from start to finish, as were the homeowners via the property manager. We had no complaints at all, but both the property manager and homeowners made sure we were comfortable and had no issues. I would love to return later in the summer to enjoy this peaceful, lovely home again - a long with that inviting pool. Oh, and to have a cup of coffee with the cows again, too!
