Our spacious four-bedroom, two-bathroom residence features a pool at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy easy access to Historic Savannah and downtown, plus we're less than three miles from the Botanical Gardens and just 35 minutes to Tybee Island Beach. Thoughtfully furnished for your comfort, our home ensures a reliable stay. Our photos include professional and real-time images, so you know exactly what to expect. We'd love to host you!
**Our privacy fence sustained damage during the recent hurricane, but we are working on repairs!** Our pool is open year-round and is not heated. Please inquire if you have questions. The front entrance lives into a foyer with the stairs to the upper floor and a hallway leading to the living area. The living room has a queen pull out couch and 50" RokuTV. Off the living room is an eat-in fully stocked kitchen with a separate dining area that can seat 8, along with a half bathroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms, one with a king bed with ensuite full bathroom with garden tub and shower and walk-in closet, three queen bedrooms, and another full bathroom with tub. Note: two bedrooms are connected, and you have to walk through one of the queen bedrooms to get to the second. The backyard boasts a, pool, seating, and grill. **Our home is located in a friendly neighborhood, so we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and avoid entering their property. Please ensure the pool is accessed exclusively through our home.** NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Summary: The pool was the point of our stay but it was not clean.

Summary: This property needs maintenance. Dirty carpets, one tv in the whole house, and the back yard is a step above being a dump! The main reason I booked this home was for the pool. However, upon arrival, the pool was not up to par. Leaves were everywhere, algae growing at the bottom and the water level was well below where it should have been. I emailed the property manager and a pool technician arrived promptly and began cleaning and adding water to the pool. When the technician left, the water level was still not up to par. On Day 2, more algae had grown over night. The technician return (without my calling), cleaned again and continued to put water in the pool. There was no communication as to whether we should the pool that day. On the morning of check out, (the technician came to the home early that morning as well) the pool was pristine! That was no help to us because we were leaving. Even though I voiced my dismay from Day 1, the only concession offered was a $50 discount (a mere 4% of my total cost). The manager stated the technician gave the okay that the pool was good to go, and he was standing by the expertise of the technician. I find it hard to believe that the pool was good to go when the technician had to service it 3 days in a row (every single day we were there). We never got to use the pool and our inability to use the one amenity that matter most was brushed off as a non-issue. I DO NOT recommend this property.

Summary: Great house loved having the private pool- honestly it could have the carpets cleaned and the edges around the to be redone. But we enjoyed our stay it was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, great neighborhood. Would definitely go back!!! Highly recommend

Summary: We always felt safe at this property and it was seemingly close to everywhere we went. The property was well stocked for our general usage of sleeping and showering. The beds were comfortable as well. The only problems we had were that there were not enough bath cloths for each of us and that the tub in the master bathroom was not very clean. (My wife noted soap scum that she could displace with a bath cloth). These were minor things as we enjoyed our stay and love the area.
