This adorable freestanding cottage started its life as a garage but now has all the comforts of home- spacious private bedroom, full kitchen, living room with smart tv, full bath with walk in shower, your own washer & dryer, a patio for enjoying the sun, 70' of driveway parking for your boat trailer (public access to lake is 5.6 miles away at the DEC Boat Launch) all on private property with an abundance of trees on a quiet road. 2 miles from Skaneateles lake and village, 20 minutes from the city of Syracuse, surrounded by the natural beauty of upstate NY in each season and convenient to a multitude of seasonal and year-round activities. We provide the coffee fixings for you to ease into your mornings and clean, comfy linens for you to drift off at night, while you enjoy Skaneateles and the surrounding area each day of your stay! Sleeps up to 2 adults and a child with the queen bedroom and additional folding cot.
( We're flexible on most special requests but not on 2- NO smoking anywhere on property, and NO pets- violation of either of these 2 rules will result in forfeiture of security deposit. )

Summary: This charming cottage made for a perfect overnight stay. Spotlessly clean, cozy but roomy, well-supplied, and decorated with just the right touches, it fit the bill for me to a "T." The surrounding property is quiet and peaceful, and the road is great for walking. On a two-week trip through the northeast, I stayed in five different places, and this was by far the best.

Summary: Very pleased with our one night stay for a wedding. As the reviews say, there is plenty of everything you need. Place is clean and bed is very comfortable. At night it is so quiet in the neighborhood, and we were able to sleep in peace. Plenty of night lights to find your way to the bathroom. Parking is a few feet away from the entrance. Liked all the blind/shade options in all the windows. Would recommend it, as it is also a quick drive to the center of town.

Summary: Just one night as we were stopping over on a road trip and love the area. It was perfect for us. The only challenge was the internet (TV) streaming was very intermittent - but that just might be a coverage issue in the area.

Summary: The owners made us feel so welcome, not only reaching out to invite us to check in early if needed, but also leaving the most detailed book of things to do and restaurant recommendations (their bakery rec was amazing!). Finally, they provided keepsake coffee mugs so we could remember our stay. Made us feel so welcome!
