Summary: Absolutely ideal property for a 3 generation family holiday. Quiet, private and plenty of space for us all. Didn't need to worry about the children making a noise or disturbing others. Everything was as described and the deer visiting the garden each day was a joy. Would happily use again if travelling in the area.

Summary: My family and I needed a last minute rental that would accommodate 5, this house was perfect for what we required. Located only minutes outside of New York we felt safe and had plenty of privacy.

Summary: The owner was very gracious to supply numerous bath towels. Overall, the location was great. It was quiet at night. The backyard was spacious - and even offered deer to watch occasionally! The deck table umbrella worked well. The air conditioning was strong. This was an older house, so there were some issues to be expected, but overall we would come back next year.
