The Space:
Set on 4.5 acres of pristine Sonoran Desert beside Saguaro National Park, this private ranch retreat offers mountain views, open skies, and room to relax. Enjoy the sparkling salt pool with Baja deck, heated spa, and landscaped courtyard. Multiple outdoor spaces invite you to unwind — dine under the Ramada with built-in BBQ and lights, or curl up with a book in the screened Arizona Room overlooking the courtyard.
Inside, a split-bedroom floor plan provides privacy and comfort for families and groups. The main kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for entertaining, including convection ovens, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and butcher block — plus a bonus prep kitchen for extra space and appliances. Gather in the formal dining room, living room, or Arizona Room, and let the “flex room” with extra bunk beds add flexibility.

You will have the entire ranch to yourselves. We do have weekly pool service and monthly yard maintenance, so you may see those service people during your stay, but they will stay out of your way.

Summary: This is our second time visiting this property. This time we brought friends and everyone enjoyed. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out and sleep. Beds were fantastic and lots of nice upgrades including the pool and bathrooms! Kitchen is very well stocked - we cooked a Thanksgiving feast and had everything we needed. Views are amazing, we hope to visit again soon.

Summary: We stayed for a week during my daughters college graduation. This house is perfect for relaxing with family. There’s a lot more room than we expected, two office areas that we used almost daily and the pool area is set up great for entertaining. You feel very secluded and it has a very comfortable resort vibe. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property and location are exceptional. We spent our annual Spring Break trip with our 8 year old granddaughter. We swam every day in the saline pool and enjoyed S’mores at the fire pit. The walled yard was safe for our dogs, even when the coyotes and javelinas roamed just outside. The views from bedrooms and living room are spectacular. It’s a short walk to Sajuaro National Park (with immediate access to a dog- friendly trail. Jonas made check in and our stay a breeze. He readily answered questions so we could enjoy our stay.

Summary: We had the best of times at Tanque Verde. Three generations of our family gathered there for an early Christmas. We especially enjoyed the location which allowed us to readily visit the National Park and Sabino Canyon. The host was very helpful from first to last.

Summary: As small business owners, it's difficult to find time to relax and unwind. We had a wonderful time floating in the pool, and resting. The beds were comfortable, the views amazing and the ability to bring the dog made the trip even better. This was a beautiful place to stay.
