Summary: We needed a large house to fit 12 adults and 5 children, and this place worked well. Admittedly it was a little strange to see beds in all available spaces (other than the kitchen/family room), but that is for groups larger than ours to stay. The different configurations of beds for the rooms also worked well, because we had a mix of adults with small children, single adults and couples. We also liked the kitchen/eating/hanging out space. Someone was always at the large square table grazing on snacks while others were playing games, shooting pool, watching tv or helping in the kitchen (the flat top is an excellent addition to help with cooking for large groups).
