Locateted a few steps from Santa Croce square, we offer a small cozy bedroom with 2 single beds, or just one bed and a large desk for studying! this bedroom can be rent for 2 friends but in this case there will be an increasing of the monthly cost o 20 per cent
The bathroom and the kitchen are shared with 2 other bedrooms
All the principal monuments are reachable at walking distance. The apartment is very peaceful, though in a very lovely area with a supermarket, post office, bus stop, and many nice restaurants and bars.
The bills are not included and will be split among the tenants. The estimated cost is100, but it can be higher due to heating expenses during the winter (around 4 euros per day. An adjustment will be made on actual consumption.
