Our apartment is on the first floor of a modern apartment building. The open plan lounge and dining area are bright and airy. It is decorated with vivid colors, making a great space for everyone to enjoy. It has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a flat-screen TV with a DVD. You will find a lot of funny movies for the whole family just below the TV stand. There is an elegant dining table with seating for 8 guests. The main feature that really attracts attention at the lounge area is the huge chimney. From the lounge, large double doors lead on to the terrace with a table, perfect for alfresco dining. It also offers relaxing views over the National Park of the Castelli Romani. The separate, modern kitchen is fully equipped, there is a table with seating for 4/6 guests. The spacious and elegant master bedroom for two people we offer to our guests has a double bed, bedside tables, and lamps and wardrobe space. The elegant sofa in the diving-room becomes a double sofa bed. Another folding bed is available for one more person, so the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. A baby bed for under 4's is available on request. All mattresses are made of memory foam/viscoelastic material and are 30cms thick. There is a pure green bathroom with jacuzzi, hand basin, WC and bidet, exclusive for guests. There is a second bathroom as well, equipped with a shower, hand basin, and WC, this one shared with the family. Internet wifi is also available at no extra cost. My two children and I are living on the property, we are available to offer guidance and advice to guests. We also prepare meals on request. Parking spaces available in the area. This is a great apartment in a great location, the perfect choice for your holiday break in Italy!
This is a double room for two people located in the diving-room, separated with a Japanese biombo from the rest of the space. It is on the first floor, south-facing, with access to the balcony.
