Positive: The house is located very close to the university and the bus stop is also very close, felt easy to reach. The cleaning were good and the main impression was great. It works well as a temporary stay.
Negative: Most doors to the rooms had locks, but unfortunately mine did not work (room no.1). The door to my room was a little skew and didnt really close properly, and therefore I could unfortunately hear noices very clear from the kitchen but also from the other rooms.
Summary: In overall an ok place to stay temporary, especially as a student.

Positive: The room was big and the bed comfortable and clean. The Wifi worked well and the new locks on the doors worked great. The location is great, close to campus and close to a bus station that can take you downtown.
Negative: There was some kind of glass table in my room that was in the way, I dont know why they had it there. There was alot of dust and hair on the floors in the common areas and the hallway to my room. When I stayed there last time it was alot more clean. There don't seem to be anyone there at are in charge anymore, so if you have questions you'll have to ask them through the chat function.
Summary: It's a good stay for a good price

Positive: Super friendly owner, comfy bed, large room, easy check in. There is internet access even though Booking said there isn't, so if that's important to you, keep that in mind.
Negative: There are no locks on the doors but the owner told me this is being worked on so I won't let it affect my final score (definetly after seeing someone give a 2.0 for basically no reason). Otherwise things I would change are small, maybe printed out numbers on the rooms instead of written numbers to make everything a bit easier. Otherwise, keep doing what you're doing, you have a nice place going for yourself.
