Summary: Really enjoyed this classic Christchurch family home with it’s varnished wooden panelling and woodwork, antique furnishings, artwork and ornaments. Felt like grandparents’ home. Modern kitchen, heat pump and large screen TV with Netflix provided the modern touches that made the stay very enjoyable.

Summary: Perfect location for us for the adventure park. Walking distance to a great cafe. Shops nearby and city only a short drive. Listing says parking (which was essential for us with lots of bikes) but is very limited due to access needed by someone renting the garage space. Parking on the road was not ideal. Otherwise everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thankyou

Summary: We had a wonderful restful 3 weeks in this beautiful home. We loved taking our meals in the beautiful garden, taking walks discovering the nearby reserves. The two living / lounging spaces in the house were perfect for rainy days. Our 3yr old granddaughter loved coming over to Grandpapa & Yoya’s special home And had sleepover couple of nights per week. We loved our time with her and her parents at this beautiful home. This home has a quiet charm about it and allows one to really rest and enjoy NZ whether it’s in summer or winter. Thank you again for our beautiful stay. Highly recommended!

Summary: We enjoyed our 8 day stay in a private quiet setting. Clean and tidy home and was a good base to access other parts of Christchurch we wanted to visit. We left a handwritten note to the owner about a few minor things but apart from that it met all our needs while in Christchurch. Loved the bee hives and the garden.

Summary: We loved our stay at this house. It was spotlessly clean with so much character. The house was very spacious and worked really well for our weekend in Christchurch. The location was also perfect for us. Highly recommend!
