We have done our best to clean and sanitize this unit per the COVID-19 virus guidelines. We ask that you please continue to take every personal precaution to stay safe and healthy during your stay.
There is a $30/day fee that will be added for heating and maintenance for the pool during it's open season. These items are consistently maintained Monday, Wednesday and Friday. and all times for heating controls and cleaning maintenance are in our guidebook.
Please note guests additional to your stay need to be permitted by host or cohost. No overnight guests are permitted without applicable fees and host permission.
Please notify host of additional day guests for permission to enter and utilize the services at the property. This is important for safety and insurance purposes to verify property use.

The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
The main house is nearby on property, we love to meet new people, but your space and privacy is of the utmost importance to us!

Pool House is open 7 days a week from 9am to 11pm with the exception of every Wednesday the pool will close at 8pm for maintenance.
Sauna is open the same hours. Every Monday and Friday between 3-5, the entire pool house will be closed to maintain the sauna and sanitize them for your stay.
