Bedroom & bath are on the second floor of the house. The stairs are just as you step in the front door. You will have a door to close behind you at the top of the stairs and another lockable door to the bedroom and bathroom. Hosts live on the first floor. The hot tub, pool, firepit and BBQ are available for guests use ( by permission only, rules the Owner is the only one encharge for open and close the hot tub, pool and hot tub close @9:30pm no exceptions) we are in 10 minutes walking to Albee Beach and a 6 min drive to downtown Wolfeboro. We are close to the Cotton Valley Railroad Trail and many attractions and restaurants

Summary: We picked this place due to great reviews & proximity to the Cotton Valley rail trail (highly recommended for biking). Jeannine & her husband were excellent hosts and very easy going. They had the hot tub ready for us whenever we asked, which was a nice treat after a day of biking. The space itself was very clean and had everything needed. Would stay again for sure next time we visit the area!

Summary: Very relaxing. Host's were awesome. Did not make it to the pool but the hot tub and fire pit were great. Host actually started the fire pit for us. Will always look for this property when I come to this area.

Summary: Host very accommodating with reservation change and late check in. Room was perfect with everything you could possibly need. Bedroom/bath located upstairs - easy access in through the front door directly upstairs. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: Our stay in Wolfboro was so relaxing! Our hosts were very welcoming, informative and had all the amenities we needed. The bedroom and bathroom were immaculate, bed was super comfortable. Vibe was very chill and relaxing! We were able to visit the beach and other attractions. Bedroom had lots of books and a game to play to keep us entertained in our down time. And their dog is so sweet! We would definitely stay here again; thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Summary: I stayed at this property while I was in town for work and it was absolutely fabulous! It was exquisitely decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and so kind. If I am lucky enough to return, I will absolutely rebook.

Summary: My girlfriend and I needed a place for a couple nights as close to the DT Wolfeboro as we could find. We were thrilled with our choice. The room was clean and very well thought out for guest. The bed was so comfortable and we had complete privacy on the 2nd floor. Every amenity a hotel would offer but with a much more homey feel. Not to mention for 2 nights it was extremely affordable in the prime of the season. Thank you so much Jeannine for helping us have an incredible stay!
