The Ridge House is appropriately named for its unique, magnificent backdrop on over 2 acres of private, wooded land. The house is nestled in a quiet, spacious lot with delightful views from every window.
Enjoy overlooking the towering, mountain ridge in the front yard and seasonal, scenic views from the back yard. This gorgeous home on the Glen/Jackson line will charm you with all it's indoor and outdoor
amenities including a screened in sun porch, a brand new game room, brand new bedding and linens, stone fire pit
with chairs, a gas grill, a large, manicured yard, a quiet neighborhood for walking and biking, and so much more.
Main level: The bright and sunny main level features a two car attached garage, a mudroom for unloading gear, washer and dryer, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with island, dining room, a 3 season sun room that's perfect for relaxing, a deck, and best of all, a large, open concept living area with a stone gas fireplace, 65" flat screen TV, and an entire wall made of windows, allowing for a beautiful view of the property and the mountains.

Fire Pit: Guests will have use of the outdoor fire pit but will need to bring their own firewood. Cutting of any trees or limbs is strictly prohibited. Guests should
never light a fire during dry, windy conditions. Check NH Division of Forests and Lands daily fire danger conditions to determine if its safe for an outdoor fire. Be responsible and see our Ridgehouse binder for more fire pit safety rules.
Our property is equipped with One outdoor floodlight with security camera over the garage door. This allows us to ensure cleaning, plowing services, and trash services have been performed and the house is ready for our next guests. It is not monitored daily and not monitored for guest safety and should not be relied on by guests for personal security or security of their belongings.

Summary: Everything went very well and the house was great! We do a golf outing every year and try different accommodations. This place was perfect. There was plenty of room for 6 guys without having to feel that space was tight. Emails with Ace were answered quickly for the few times we had questions. Look forward to renting again. Highly recommended.
