Summary: This rental is equipped pretty much like a hotel room but with more room and privacy. We'd expected a bit more of a kitchen. We'd hoped to make hot cereal in the morning but there were no bowls. The path to the rental's steps was across soggy grass. It seemed very new so perhaps a walkway of some sort will be coming. It would not be an issue in dryer weather. If we'd been staying more than one night, we'd have contacted the owners who live in the attached house and I'm sure they would have accommodated us with whatever we needed. It was quiet and felt safe. It was very convenient to downtown restaurants and attractions.

Summary: It was great, love the garage studio and the furnishings. The only thing is that the listing said that key was under mat, but was not, called person listed and they called back and gave us the code That definitely needs to be changed in the listing. Quiet neighborhood and 3 minutes from our daughter and son in law.
