Summary: Nice little place, with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, short drive to downtown Chattanooga, easy check in and host was very responsive to any questions. It got a little cold at times but it was manageable. Would stay again.

Summary: This little studio was private and cozy. The bed slept amazing! The owners were very easy to communicate with and check-in and check out was easy. Close to beautiful Signal mountain and downtown Chattanooga so it was very convenient.

Summary: Accurate photos, nice little haven. Top quality memory foam mattress and pillows provided restful sleep. About a mile away from the Quarry which is a great public trail for hikers/bikers. Appreciated the kitchen essentials provided, coffee, tea, plastic spoons, paper towels. Safe and well kept neighborhood. Basement level of the home so naturally cool, no AC control in unit so it was too cold for me at first but I was able to open 2 windows to adjust temperature more to my liking and I was comfortable. The only slight down grade was some areas of grout on bathroom floor tile needed some cleaning but not unusual for any other place I've stayed. I sent a hello message to the host and didn't get a reply, but I wasn't asking for anything either so I can't really state unresponsive to a need. Maybe her experience was if she was too friendly guests end up knocking on her door at all hours and she'd rather not be bothered unless a real need. I would book here again.

Summary: This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. Ample space and amenities for the short time we actually spent in the room. The basement room was a bit chilly, but we prefer that when we sleep so it wasn’t a huge deal for us. A previous review complained about the water not getting hot, but we found that it just took a while to heat up. Both the shower and sink knobs were a bit difficult to maneuver, but not impossible. Overall a pleasant stay!

Summary: Unit was as exactly described. Appreciate that it has a private entrance. We didn't have any needs, but were confident that the owner would have been responsive. We had lovely communication with her prior to trip. Loved waking up hearing the birds.

Summary: This property is two rooms in the basement of a house. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and clean. There are 2 rooms, bed/living room and bath. Coffee cups and glasses were provided as well as a coffee pot. There was coffee and powered cream and sweetener in the closet. But, no spoons or stirrers. Some sort of old pastry was inside the coffee stand, I'm guessing from previous guest. As others have stated, I would have slept better if there were some sort of lock on the inside door; a simple bolt would suffice.
