Positive: Great location, secluded and has parking, lots of amenities.
Negative: The two exits are both glass doors with spaced out blinds (which you can see through) it isn’t the worst thing but we were very aware of it the whole stay, and the morning light was so bright directly in bed view.

Positive: -Location was near Universal Studio’s Hollywood -Staff was accommodating when checking into my room early -Spacious and welcoming; very nice interior -The neighborhood was very quiet with not to many vehicle and foot traffic -Entertainment and amenities went above and beyond expectations
Negative: -Changes to the blinds on all the doors could have helped provide more privacy to the room -Caulking along the lower portions of the shower walls could be improved to make the shower look nicer -(Something that might be out of your control, but I disliked) Constantly getting wrapped up in spider webs while entering and exiting the front gate as well as the main entrance to the room
Summary: Me and my other half loved are stay here, and would not mind coming back if we ever decided to go back to Universal Stud

Positive: The photos on the site are heavily edited. The hosts were as nice as possible and communicated via email. On the first night, I didn’t manage to wash myself - the water was drained for a very long time and to no avail. On the second night the water was warm enough to wash. The furniture is old. I really want to wash it, especially the cabinet where the cutlery is The bed is comfortable, if it weren’t for the sheet that rolls under you after just 5 minutes... And you find yourself on a bare mattress. Not a pleasant feeling. I fought with this sheet all night))) There is a water boiler and a coffee maker - special thanks for that. It was nice to have a cup of coffee after the flight. Very convenient location, just 10 minutes by taxi to the warner brothers studio Thanks to the dear hostess and owner. If these shortcomings are corrected, it will be an ideal place.

Positive: Safe neighborhood and owners were accommodating. They were helpful and gave clear information about their facilities.
Negative: Overall the guest home is nice! There were two things I didn’t partially like though-the blinds on the doors were see through and the shower didn’t drain well so there was some water that wouldn’t drain between showers. Other than that, everything was very nice and I felt safe and comfortable.

Positive: Location was perfect for me. I felt VERY secure is this guest house. Access from the street is hidden so you have complete privacy. They have a Keurig with different types of coffee. I mentioned when I arrived that I didn't drink coffee . . I was a cocoa fiend. When I came back, there was several hot chocolate pods waiting for me. The bottles of water in the fridge was great (along with a water cooler).
Negative: The shower needed calking . .. but by the time you read this, I'm sure it was fixed. The only other thing is that I occasionally heard something on the roof. Since it was summer, I assume it wasn't Santa. It was only scary the first time. After that I assumed it was squirrels I don't think there is anything that can be done about that. They weren't there when it was dark so they didn't effect my sleep.
Summary: It was a great place to stay. The owner was very nice and the price was good.
