In a green environment, close to beaches and shops, with WI-FI included, this freshly restored and tastefully decorated house has been designed to make your stay enjoyable!
The house is independent, it has an enclosed garden (except for animals) and a private heated above-ground swimming pool (from May 4 to September 28). From your sunbathing, you can contemplate the different animals present around the garden.
Very well equipped to receive children and babies (games, bed, high chair, deckchair, WC reducer, potty, stroller ..)
The house consists of a large living room and an equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, a bathroom, a large landing and two beautiful bedrooms.
From October to April, you can enjoy the wood stove for pleasant evenings by the fire. A small amount of wood is offered, additional wood can be requested (10 € per wheelbarrow).
Household and bath linen (duvets, pillows, tea towels, towels and bath mats) included in the delivery.
Sheets with supplement (15 € / bed, beds made on arrival).
Heating not included, this is billed at the end of the stay according to actual consumption (a specific meter is installed in the house).
Depending on the weather and the desired comfort, the heating supplement was between 12 € and 51 € per week (October 2017 ---> April 2018)
Cleaning included, however, the house must be put away when you leave.
Ideally located with beaches and shops accessible in 10 minutes.
House classified 3 stars by Manche Tourisme and 3 ears of corn by Gîtes de France.

Summary: The property is very nice, all you will need is there, it is extremely well equipped and It is very child friendly. The animals and the interaction with them is such a lovely bonus and made the kids so excited. The host is very helpful and very friendly. Would def recommend staying there.

Summary: My friend and I were scouting the area for her future home and stayed here as a base. We wanted a place to cook and relax after the potentially long days of house-hunting and this was perfect. Sylvain was great - very responsive when we needed anything. We visited in January and the house was plenty warm with the wood stove and electric heaters (radiators). The goats and fowl in the adjoining gardens were delightful, giving the property a bit more character. Also, a few walks are possible straight out the front door, which we took advantage of. I imagine the property would be even more delightful when the days turn warmer and one could sit outside for lunch and / or the evening apéritifs. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place where you can cook / eat at home and don't need to be in the village.

Summary: We absolutely loved this place. Beautiful location and property was excellent. Close to lots of gorgeous beaches after a short drive. Owner very friendly and communicative. A real gem. We loved our stay. The kids loved the pool and the goats. We have a rule to stay in a place only once but this one would really tempt us!

Summary: Great place, would highly recommend. Quality of the renovated ruin was fantastic. Very clean and well kitted out. Had everything our family needed including cot, baby bath, toys, outdoor swings, heated pool, and cows, goats, sheep and chickens all on your doorstep, to our daughters delight! Lots of beaches are a short 12-15 min drive away. The zoo is also about 15 mins away. We bought our own towels which I'd recommend to do so then you can use the gite towels for the pool/beach. The weather in the morning was cloudy but come 12pm the afternoon and evenings were always sunny blue skies. Sylvian the host was good at communicating and answering questions. Great place and a great host!

Summary: This is a great little gite, brilliantly renovated with a lovely heated pool which was perfect for relaxing after a good day sightseeing. The gite is located in a lovely rural location but is close enough to the pretty beaches and is in a good location for travelling to Normandy's many places of interest such as Mont Saint Michel to the south and D-Day beaches / museums and Bayeux tapestry to the north. Owner is friendly and helpful and my daughter loved feeding the goats in the owners neighbouring field. A great holiday had by all.

Summary: We stayed for two weeks in this very well equipped gite. It was a pleasant house. It's quiet location is marvellous and the welcome by the owners too. We were with just the two of us and a dog, for witch the fully fenced garden was great. Also the path at the opposite side of the road to let out our dog. It has a swimming pool, two bikes and lots of other thing. The internet/ Wi-Fi is reliable but not very fast.. Thanks to the owners for a pleasant two weeks! Rita and Vincent.
