Summary: House was very new, very modern , and built to very high standards; It had an outstandigng layout. It was spacious and fully equipped with all furniture , appliances and cooking utensels/dishes. The only drawback of the property was the pine trees which continually dropped pine needles in the pool, on the patio and which were subsequntly tracked into the house. The owner tried to address the pool problems by having it professionally cleaned and treated twice a week.

Summary: We had a fantastic time! The new house was large, immaculate, modern, and gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed. Basement rec room for the kids to spread out and call their own, complete with their own fridge and dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Note - no linens provided due to COVID. Only pillows. It makes sense - just remember to bring your own or rent. We loved the large screened porch with its own fridge and spent every day in the large pool. Central location - walk to boardwalk/ beach and a short drive to groceries and outlets. Could not have picked a better house and we will be back next year for sure!!

Summary: The house was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean, with plenty of open space and high ceilings. It is an easy, walkable distance to the beach/boardwalk and main Rehoboth strip. The kitchen was very well appointed, with an abundance of matching, modern place settings and capacity for servicing large groups. There was plenty of seating for dining and relaxing, both in the house and on the spacious screened-in porch. We loved spending evenings in the downstairs rec room, playing pingpong, oversized wall Scrabble, and cards on the game table. It was truly the perfect vacation house -- we can't wait to return!

Summary: Great spot - everything in the house was gorgeous and in great shape. Within walking distance of boardwalk/beach. Heated pool & porch is a great option when you want to stay in.

Summary: We had a great week. I’m very particular about cleanliness and It was in perfect condition. However did notice when we arrived the floors weren’t very clean, and I’d want the owners to know. If I had a rental property like this, I’d want a top notch maid service. The only issue we had was the basement smelled like urine. Not sure if pets are allowed but there was a funk. Which is a shame in a brand new home. Overall the home was gorgeous and the pool was super nice! Loved the screened in patio 😊
