2 Bedroom House in Stirling

Brand new, kid & pet friendly, spacious & quiet two bedroom guest house with its own driveway, undercover parking & rooftop solar. Easy walk/drive to pubs, cafes, pharmacy, restaurants, gym, city, nature walks, mountain biking. Also two kids play parks within a 200m walk: One by following the path in the park next doorto the right, the other by walking down the path (left) and you’ll see it on your right.
Front deck leads to sliding doors into the lounge room with big TV (Netflix, Kayo, binge, Sky & more) new kitchen, fridge, oven, induction cooking, microwave, toaster, coffee machine.
Feeding booster seat (like a high chair) for 6-36 month old infants. Plastic table wear for kids & toddlers and 3-in-1 portacot (cot with mattress, play pen & change table). Kids books and games.
Bedrooms at opposite ends of the space; one has a queen bed; the other a king. 100% blockout curtains for serious sleepers.
Futon couch easily folds down into a bed.
Big, new bathroom.
Reverse cycle heating and cooling works really well.
High ceilings and double glazed windows. Very well insulated and quiet.
Small table on front deck for outdoor eating.
Wild nature yard on the other side (away from the deck) - no lawn.
Drive 4 min to Westfield shopping/restaurants/bars, 7 min Canberra Hospital, 10 min Parliament, 10 mins city, 9 min Mt Stromlo Mountain bike track. Four mins to Cooleman Ridge wildlife walk/ride.
Secure yard, washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board. With futon sleeps five adults (six if you're cosy) and also has a Portacot/change table/play pen and high chair which you strap onto the dining chairs.
Big TV, great wifi w Netflix, binge, Kayo, Sky.
Nice front deck & 3km walking loop.

Summary: We had never done anythibg like this before, it was wonderful, no stress, everything worked etc., towels and linen were provided, Lovely quiet spot, lovely home. Worked winderfully for 4 adults and a 2yo. We had a confusion with the hot stove and Les gave us a call to help us straight away ehich was lovely of him.

Summary: We had a lovely stay. Our host Les send us very detailed instructions about the property and had made things so much easier for us. The house is spacious and clean. The bathroom is like brand new and quite big. The TV is huge with Netflix and Disney . We had a kids movie night during our stay. It was so much fun. The house is equipped with everything such as coffee machine with milk frother, washing liquid and even salt! The location is very convenient and in a quiet street. It is just a few minutes drive to Westfield. There is also a small playground just across the road. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Les!

Summary: This was a relatively short stay for a family wedding, my wife and and our two adult sons needed accommodation and close to family, this proved to be ideal. Normally, I would look for accommodation close to the CBD In capital cities, however if you need something quiet and close to ammenities and easy access to main roads, this is it. Well appointed and spacious, clean and comfortable. The host Les is extremely hospitable and attentive to communications. The final word is that you carn’t go wrong with this choice.
