Summary: We spent a day and half without hot water but when contacted the owner responded immediately. The huge demerit goes to only providing cheaper than cheap single ply TP!!! Huge yuck factor!

Summary: This is a very nice and comfortable property. If you don’t have a car, it is an easy walk to the downtown area of Takoma Park. The bed is very comfortable and the heating/cooling is excellent. I just have a suggestion or two. A light by the door would be helpful when returning to the apartment at night. Also, in addition to the bath towel and hand towel provided, a washcloth would be appreciated and the soap in the shower should be in a wrapped package. I would definitely stay here again, however, since it is just a few blocks from my daughter’s house.
