Nice independent house with pool situated in a fantastic position offering beautiful panoramic views over the Tuscan hills and the towers of San Gimignano in the distance.
This beautiful house sits on a large estate (10.000 square meters) with olive groves and vineyards. The pool is approx. 20 m from the house away and it is to be shared with the owners. The house provides a nice, well-kept private garden.
Casa Lucia is sets on 2 levels (both with access on to the outside) and offers welcoming, nicely furnished interiors.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

Traumhafte Ausblicke durch die großen Panoramafenster im Wohn-/Esszimmer. Moderne Badezimmer im Untergeschoss. Sehr großer Pool mit schönen Liegen und blühendem Garten umgeben. Oliven- und Feigenbäume sowie Weinreben direkt zum Greifen nah rund um das Haus. Ausflüge nach Lucca, Florenz, Siena, San Gimignano, ins Chiantigebiet und ans Meer alle in ca. 1 Stunde gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Uncomplicated and reliable booking procedures. Very nice and accommodating owner. Fantastic views through the large panoramic windows in the living / dining room. Modern bathroom on the ground floor. Very large pool with comfortable beach chairs and surrounded by blooming garden. Olive and fig trees as well as grape vines directly to grasp around the house. Excursions to Lucca, Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, the Chianti area and the seaside all in about 1 hour by car. We felt very comfortable and recommend this nice accommodation very gladly.
