This home is situated on a 1+ acre private lot surrounded by natural vegetation. When entering the circular driveway form one of the two entry point, you will notice plenty of parking and front porch seating area. When entering the house, to the left you will see the great room with a 65’’ LCD TV and surround system situated with three full size couches, great for family viewing. Access from two directions is the dining room with seating up to 8 people with an adjacent dining/counter top bar area for an additional 11 people, bringing the total to a comfortable 19 people with room to spare. Additional high bar seating is also available if guest request even more seating. Adjacent to the dining room is a small sitting room with TV that accommodating two people, great for video gaming, or just watching something else.
Split bedrooms include a master King en-suite (adjoining bathroom), and a King bedroom and another King bedroom separated by a large shared bathroom. The two car garage is at your disposal as well as three separate driveway vehicle areas that do not block anyone from coming and going.
The screened in lanai with plenty of seating with its propane heated raised hot tub, and heated pool can be seen from every room, great for swimming, relaxing or BBQ while you are surrounded by lush natural vegetation for the upmost in privacy. Pool includes its own bathroom and shower for anytime use.
This home is approximately 3000 SF under air, with an additional 450 SF of outdoor covered seating.

Summary: This was a great property for our family! There was plenty of parking for cars, the kitchen was well stocked with anything we would need to cook. Having 2 big tables for meals and games was fantastic! The location was close enough to make a quick run to the grocery store and only a short hop over to the beach. The house was super clean. The layout of the house was fantastic - lots of room for family meals. Everyone enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Communication with the owner was a breeze! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Summary: This was a group trip for my wife and I and some friends. The house was absolutely perfect. Everything was at our disposal. Great rooms, spacious, quite area away from traffic. We loved the pool and hot tub. The house was beautiful, everything was clean I could not have asked for more. We were close to shopping stores, restaurants and the race track. Definitely one of the best vacation home I have rented at. We are planning to stay again in February of next year. It was awesome...
