Summary: Great property, just as described and listed! Host was in communication prior to arrival and available during the stay. Very easy check in, gorgeous views and great house. Easy location to find and beach access (with a bit of adventuring down a set of stairs). We stayed with our dog and she loved it, too, very private and huge yard. Excellent stay.

Summary: Communication with owner was great. Property and location was really nice but it wasn't as clean as it should of been. My husband had to vacuum when we got there because there was crumbs and cat hair on the floor.

Summary: This is a great property, would be a great place in the summer. The beach is beautiful! The yard is large and private. The house is nice, however it feels as though you're staying in someone's personal house. Personal items are around, bar of soap, shower products in the shower, it doesn't feel like a rental which was strange. There were no garbage cans inside (kitchen and bathroom); im not sure what expectationsare for kitchen and household garbage, no recycle bins. Some beds had full set of sheets and some didn't, that bathroom linen was lacking as there was only beach towels. There was no mention that a cat lives in this home when not rented, there was cat hair in the upstairs room and on stairs, one of our party is very allergic and had a difficult time being in the house. The downstairs room window was covered in cobwebs, I understand it's a basement but if you have a cleaning service the windows can be wiped down before guests arrive. All in all the place was nice, property was great, it's just not a typical rental and seems more like a lived in personal house I borrowed for the weekend.

Summary: Nice location, The whole area surrounding Bayfield is so beautiful and the views from this location are awesome. Spacious private property, home was large enough to for all six of us comfortably. We loved sitting around the bonfire at night, great stargazing also.
