Summary: Clean, cozy house with a fantastic closed in yard. Close to all amenities. Excellent hiking, mountain biking and so many places to take your side / side. I would definitely rent this place again, as we are in the area a few times a year.

Summary: My family of three and our corgi dog stayed here while visiting Zion National Park for spring break. The place was immaculate and well decorated. We loved the yard and the fire pit. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook and nice appliances which was perfect because we packed all our food to cook at the VRBO to avoid eating out to save some money. There were plenty of towels and linens and the air units in each room were nice to keep the place warm. The only setbacks were that the couch was small and hard and the master bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but we didn’t mind. We were out exploring Zion most of the time anyway and were good and tired each night so we slept fine. The owners were very friendly and responsive whenever we communicated and were great to rent from. Really appreciated them for everything they did for us!Overall loved the place and would definitely recommend! It’s under an hour from the park and a great price for how nice it is! Perfect for a small family!
