Positive: Clear instructions from rental agent Free parking in reserved spot in underground garage Great location, very convenient to downtown attractions, many within walking distance. Ample space in the apt, WiFi worked well Great water pressure in the shower Everything was clean
Negative: The apartment was cavernous and minimally decorated, very obviously a rental property with no consideration given to making the space comfortable. It was like staying in a dorm room (except clean). Bedrooms were not decorated as shown in the promo photos. Cheap Walmart grade furniture. Furniture was not placed with care, not centered on the wall beneath wall hangings. Almost every painting was crooked. Not enough dishes or silverware for 4-people (dishes for 2, only random pieces of silverware). Three coffee pods were provided, with random packets of sweeteners, 1 creamer pod. The reservation was made for 4-people. Some of the walls appeared to be recently spray painted, but the old color bleeds through or was left unpainted, very sloppy. Ceiling was dingy and wall paint sprayed on it. The technology set up for tv & wi-fi was strewn across the floor in the living room. Bed frame was too small for the mattress in the bedroom shown in photos attached. (My husband fell out of bed when he got too close to the edge.) In general, the apartment felt like it was midway through renovation, but they decided to rent it anyway. We paid a rate comparable to the Crowne Plaza in Playhouse square, the quality of the space did not meet that price point.

Negative: Parking was hard to find and hair was everywhere. they wanted me to wash the dishes after checkout… hall way’s are soooo dark it’s hard to see especially at night. The host was great though but when I arrived maintenance had to come in while I was there to fix a closet and water only one tv and it’s basic cable
