Summary: Sweet cottage. Perfect location. Everything you need and more. It is very clean and tidy. The beds are comfortable and I slept the sweetest sleep I’ve had in ages. My daughter and I are already planning our next trip. Kristen, the host, is very caring and answers texts right away. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Summary: our family of 4 really loved our stay in Groton. Kristin was fantastic and super communicative before and during our stay. It's a great space to relax and/or work with a water view. the kids loved the loft. the ceiling would have been too low for the adults but it was a fun adventure for the kids for sure. we hope to stay again in the future!

Summary: Our stay was absolutely everything my heart needed. I genuinely could not wait to write this review. The cottage is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood right on the water and not too far from shopping. While we used our stay as a time to rest, the cottage offered plenty of games and the most perfect beach access. And to top it all off, Kristin was the best host! Seriously no reason to complain.
