Welcome to Sweetwater on the Park. Brand new in 2021, this professionally designed 3BR / 2.5 BA, open concept home is just 10 miles south of Sun Valley and Ketcham . Located on the Wood River Trail system, is your base camp to all the Valley has to offer. Living on the park you will have access to the exterior seasonal pool and park area. Bring your toys and sports equipment as you will have your own attached garage for safe and secure access.
Please provide the number in your party and breakdown of adults and children, along with why you desire to rent our home during your reservation request. It is REQUIRED that all guests requesting a booking have positive past guest reviews and at least 28 years old, when sending over a booking request. Offering an in unit business center with printer and office essentials catering to true work at home while playing in the mountains. The business center is located within the very large walk in pantry. The referenced work space is within the open space dining and community living area. This is a very large table and provides beautiful surroundings from all windows. There is not a dedicated office room within this listing. This home provides an attached garage catering to secure and easy loading and unloading during your stay. There is plenty of room for all of your sports related activities and toys. Access to the park area and outdoor pool are located within steps from your front door. There is no access to the interior clubhouse and only includes the exterior pool and park area. The outdoor pool is seasonally closed in the winter although open during the Christmas holidays. The hot tub is open year round. Start making memories in Sun Valley!

Summary: My family was in Hailey for a reunion. This was a very comfortable home for my son and me, as well my niece and her preschooler. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living and dining spaces were welcoming, the bedrooms were very comfortable. Easy accessibility for meeting up with other family and exploring.

Summary: Perfect spot for our family visit to Hailey. Well appointed with everything we needed. Great communication with owner and the attention to detail was obvious. We stayed in the summer for a baseball tournament and the location was ideal. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Summary: Our family came to ID for our Son's wedding that was in Sun Valley. We enjoyed our stay at this home in Hailey very much! It was only about a 20 minute drive to Sun Valley. The home home very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Ron, the property manager, was excellent! He welcomed us and made sure we had what we needed. He was quick to respond to any text! If we come to this area again in ID, we will definitely stay at this location again! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay! Our family spent the weekend in Hailey for a softball tournament and this condo was an excellent place to rest and recover between games. We mostly appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere of the grounds and the beautiful accommodations.

Summary: The home is very nicely decorated with comfortable new furniture and appliances. Met all our expectations! Very nice complex and accommodations. The only negative was the booking experience (my fault) However after being cancelled and speaking to the owner manager, not sure, the price increased several hundred dollars when I re-booked. I asked if the original price could be honored but received no response. That said, no hard feelings, we had a great experience!
