Summary: I had a three night stay here in a triple room with my sister and my niece. The room had a twin bed and a sofa bed all of which were spacious and comfortable. The room is south and bathroom were small but very clean and well kept. The location of the hotel was perfect, we were in the Vesterbro neighbourhood which is within five minutes walking distance of the main central station for the train and Metro. We only needed this to get to the hotel from the airport, apart from this we walked the whole city and got the odd Uber if it was raining or late at night.

Summary: The maids should clean the rooms as soon as possible after guests go out for tours etc and not when the guests are returning to rest, only to find an unclean room

Summary: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The included breakfast each day was great. Renting bikes is the way to see Copenhagen. The central location of the hotel made it easy to get everywhere we wanted via bike.

Summary: Clean room, convenient location, close to train station and the seaport, pricy breakfast but good service. Elevators are too small for a hotel, at best two person and one luggage appeared to be the max capacity
