This 3 story home located in the White Coat Village has been recently renovated. Conveniently located 2 blocks from Strong Hospital, University of Rochester Medical Center and College Town shopping and dinning. We also provide all hotel-grade linens for a comfortable sleep away from home and High speed internet (over 100 mbps). We are Pet Friendly 😁 just let us know ahead of time.

• Absolutely no parties or gatherings of any kind. Only people on the booking registration could stay in the house ($250 fee)
• No Smoking 🚭 ($250 fee for deep cleaning and odor removal treatment)
• No Locals without approval
• Quiet hours from 10pm-7am
Snow plow services will be provided during winter months
We have a portable crib (pack and play), high chair, car seat and stroller upon request. Let us know as soon as possible if you need one!

Summary: I would NOT stay here again or any other properties managed by Nelissa Perez & Ivan Delgado. We’ve used VRBO several times&this property&hosts are by far the worse. The two generic emails from the host said they strive for 5 stars rating, nothing about the property or lack of communication earns a 5 star rating. The only reason I gave this property an overall 2 star rating is because of the large bedrooms & the rental was inexpensive; the saying goes “you get what you pay for” Good things: Contactless check, Spacious bdrms, Price Bad things: Needs deep cleaning (railings are sticky, blinds are dusty): Blinds are broken: House smells like wet dog (exacerbated when it rained): Floor creaks on 2nd floor & stairs, it’s very loud, & wakes up others if you got up to use the bathroom at night: Several soft spots in flooring throughout the house/actual crack in laminate floor in 1st floor bathroom, it appears sub-flooring is deteriorating?: Broken locks in both bathrooms. Bath towels were thin not large enough for adults: other towels had stains. Bath mats&couch&love sofa covers looked like they haven’t been washed in sometime: much more issues but there’s a character limit for this review. Sent 4 messages (8/10-8/16) to host with no response (I checked for responses on Vrbo, email inbox & junk box) to my messages: Took photos of everything. Would not recommend this property to anyone, it is in desperate need of attention. Will be sharing terrible experience w/family & friends

Summary: This home was quiet and charming. It was conveniently located to all our needs. Loved the pet friendliness and the discount for law enforcement officials as well. We will definitely be back to stay here again the next time we visit our home away from home.

Summary: This is an older house that has been nicely decorated to make a great comfortable open space. Upstairs the three bedrooms are clean and comfortable with new mattresses on the beds and a nice deep tub with a great shower. The living room has two comfortable couches and a huge flatscreen TV with plenty of streaming options to keep everyone happy. We stayed for a few days over Christmas during a cold snap with fierce winds. The house stayed warm and cozy, and the power stayed on the whole time. It's clean but also dog friendly space with a nice grassy area in the back for the dogs. Less than half a block away there's a small shopping strip with a number of good food options as well as a family dollar. Super convenient especially when we didn't want to be driving on icy roads! The owners were responsive and accommodating. All in all very happy with this one.

Summary: The property worked out very well for my wife and me. Location, cleanliness, quiet etc was great. The only issue we had was the bedrooms could benefit from some blackout curtains.
