off street parking, two city parks just across the street and
great restaurants only a few blocks away. This is the ideal
location for a visit to Lexington.
Bustling by day, this property backs up to a residential
neighborhood, so it is very quiet at night for a great rest
on a queen sized bed with ironed cotton sheets. Great selection
of movies available on Netflix and satellite television. WI-FI included
and no extra pet or cleaning fees added. Our guest's often rave about

Summary: Nice location, really nice apartment. Loved all the amenities, including the breakfast items. Overall just a really great place to stay and I would highly recommend to single travelers and couples!

Summary: No communication from host before check in or during stay. Bed was not made upon arrival and towels were piled unfolded on the table. Wifi code was incorrect. Listing description was inaccurate - numerous amenities in description were missing, including hair dryer and breakfast items. No control over temperature.

Summary: This was the perfect location! Check-in was easy and simple. Next time we're back in Lexington this will be the place we stay. Just a few minutes to downtown and within walking distance of bars and restaurants.

Summary: Maybe I caught the owners on a bad week but I had zero communication before check-in. Zip, nada. I finally called a little after 4p (my check in was for 4) to get instructions how to get into the unit. The owner was very frustrated with me I didn’t find the key right away. She wasn’t very clear and it took me a minute. The studio itself was as advertised. It could use brighter bulbs for sure. Again, maybe I stayed at a bad time- 1/2 a roll of toilet paper was all that was provided. No washcloths and a bin of dirty towels from the previous guests were left in the bathroom. There is a street light right outside the unit so bring a sleep mask because the room does not get very dark!

Summary: Property managers were extremely helpful during my stay. Communication was excellent. Property is clean quiet and comfortable. Located close to many restaurants bars and coffee shops. Recommended!!!

Summary: This studio is on the border of an up and coming neighborhood. Walking distance to stores/downtown. Loved how the studio was decorated. Compact but everything you needed. There is a street light right outside the window that I’m used to a little darker sleep situation. Overall-we had a great time.

Summary: My daughter and I stayed for three nights and four days. Check in was super easy as was checking out. Mary was in contact with me via phone a few days before our dates to go over everything with me. We had no other contact with her but they live upstairs and were available if needed. Overall everything was great. Nice, quiet neighborhood with coffee shops and eateries within walking distance. local attractions within quick and easy driving distance. We were not in the studio other than to sleep and shower due to attending a festival but there were plenty of toiletries stocked as well as breakfast foods if we wanted them. We will definitely stay again!

Summary: to explain that I had mistakenly booked the wrong weekend . She "said she had it covered" and I would be all set... but I was not. She explained that she would "handle" and did not. After I was actually charged because she wouldnt cancel the original reservation on her end(I was unable to do so from my end because owner has to perfrom) I was charged with stay anyway! She then only referred me to VRBO to handle...no idea if its nice place or not but buyer beware based on my interation with owner. Under no circumstance believe that anything I have said/typed in review are anything but the actual facts! I did however just get a 70% refund.
