STUNNING setting with panoramic views of the Gippsland Lakes and Ninety Mile Beach, this large modern home will provide you with the space to relax and re-energise.
EASY WALK: Ten minutes from the centre of town / beach.

SUMMER GUESTS: Your own solar heated pool! Please note there is a surveillance camera in the backyard, located on the deck railings. Enjoy air conditioning upstairs and downstairs, and ceiling fans in every bedroom. Catch the sea breezes on the enormous decks upstairs and downstairs.
WINTER GUESTS: Be warmed by a wood fire, with firewood supplied. Each living area has a split system for heating and cooling. Every bedroom has a panel heater.

FAMILIES: Luxuriously spacious. Lakes on View St has the facilities and space to accommodate two families in comfort.
DOWNSTAIRS: A comfortable open plan lounge, dining and kitchen which comes complete with all mod cons. Including comfy leather lounges, wood heater (wood provided), dishwasher, microwave, TV and Netflix, split system heating and airconditioning. The kitchen set up will make the cook in the family happy - with plenty of utensils and servingware, plus a good selection of pots/pans.
5 BEDROOMS: Master bedroom - queen bed and en suite with shower and toilet. Second master bedroom - double bed and ensuite, Third bedroom queen bed, fourth bedroom double bed, and the fifth bedroom has 2 singles with the opportunity for two extra mattresses. Every bedroom has a panel heater and ceiling fan.
LINEN: Please bring your own linen (sheets, pillowcases and bath/beach towels). Doonas with covers, pillows and teatowels supplied. Bed linen and towels can be requested at a cost of $25 per person per stay.
BBQ: There is a gas BBQ on the downstairs deck with seating in an outdoor dining area overlooking the pool. A reserve gas bottle is provided, found in the laundry cupboard.
UPSTAIRS: A second living area. Relax on the chaise leather lounge with views of the ocean and lake. Leading off the living area is a huge deck with a second outdoor dining area overlooking extensive views of the Gippsland Lakes and Ninety Mile beach
FAMILY bathroom has a full sized bath and separate shower, there is a separate toilet and a laundry with washing machine.
PARKING: Off street, undercover parking for 2 cars. Plenty of off street parking for jet skis and boats.
CHILDREN: Porta-cot, high chair and stair safety guards available at no extra charge.
Laze the afternoon away (books, magazines and board games provided) or enjoy a stroll to one of the close by attractions - beach, fishing and mini golf, all within walking distance.
Please note that the property is not suitable for bucks/hens groups or other groups looking to have loud parties. Dinner parties or family birthday gatherings etc are fine.
We endeavour to provide a late checkout to enable guests to maximise their break, however this depends on whether there are other guests arriving that day.

Summary: Lovely view of the water and surround bushland. Quiet street. We had a lovely stay.had some minor issue with the gas but they were a phonecall away and ready to help.

Summary: I’ve been told by the rest of the family that we were with that I have to book again for next year. It was a hot weekend so the pool was very welcome. Plenty of beds to accommodate us and well equipped kitchen. Found out that we needed linen at the last minute so had to buy some on the way…set for next year now.

Summary: Love the house! Exactly what was pictured. More than big enough for 6 adults and 4 kids. The view was amazing, kids loved the pool and the fact that it was at the end of a court so they could ride there bikes.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Lakes Entrance. This house was perfect for our needs. Pool was fantastic as it’s very protected and always felt much warmer despite it being windy or cool at times. Would love to book again one day.

Summary: House was well suited for our needs. Enjoyed the spectacular views and sunsets from windows. Cleanliness was good except kitchen draws could have been better. Short on coffee cups/mugs (only 7 for 10 guests) otherwise ample plates, dishes etc. Beds very comfy, plenty of heating available. Lighting in living areas poor for reading, knitting etc. Electrical catering equipment needs testing, blender does not work, small electric beater went up in smoke when turned on. Hence we didn't try anything else, otherwise a good kitchen, oven, griller, microwave, dishwasher all excellent. Some rain found its way into living room after a downpour. It was a little further from main street than I thought, but walkable. I would certainly recommend this house to others. We enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our 10 adults.

Summary: The property was in a beautiful location with great views. All the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the property was very poorly presented. The BBQ was dirty. (We cleaned it as best we could.) The fans in each room were covered in dirt. The vent in one of the bathroom ceilings was very dirty with dirt literally hanging from the ceiling. The property was generally quite grubby. The kitchen again was disappointing. 7 cups for 9 people. There were no bags for the kitchen bins, no dishwashing liquid or dish cloths. For a property that was over $3000 for 5 nights, one would expect a higher standard
