Negative: When we first arrived we noticed a musty or cigarette smell throughout. We attempted to open windows but it didn’t seem to work.

Negative: Very minimum cleaning were done before our arrival. Very limited kitchen dishes available. Also the dishes were in very bad conditions.

Positive: It was beautiful and clean and it had everything we needed
Negative: There no river access because of the over grown brush. It was over 100 degrees and theres no a/c . I do not recommend for animals, elderly, or small children in the summer .all of the temperature readers were well over 90 degrees. This could be dangerous for some people. My dog definitely was affected. Also even though i left a review on google, Vacasa has non stop sent me notifications to leave a review, which is kind of annoying. So here is my review. The place is beautiful but not if your dying from heat exhaustion. To add we could not cook because it was way too hot, so we had to eat out, also theres not many options and not to mention that we paid $400 for one night. It should not be this expensive with a/c or river access.

Positive: Loved this place. I wish I lived there. Super open, clean, cozy and you can't beat the view. Everything was easily acciseble. Was only about a 35 minute drive to the mountain so we were able to get up late and have long mornings before going snowboarding. Was an amazing time.
Negative: Nothing, was awesome.

Negative: Being a little more secluded we’d hope there would be more pots and pans to cook at the house. Everything was sparse and we couldn’t make much food.
