This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.
Inside, the villa has a very modern yet comfortable design. The living area has leather sofas, a widescreen TV with a Full Uk satellite and dining table seating 6 persons. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is also access to a veranda. There are another 2 bedrooms, both with single beds .
Outside the private garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool which can be also heated at a small extra cost. Sun-loungers and an umbrella are provided, along with a patio table and chairs. A built-in Bbq and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.

Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening.
Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area.
Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports.
The resort has a waterpark which is great for a day of family fun and many child-friendly places to eat and drink in a relaxed atmosphere.
Pernera is an excellent base to stay for a relaxing holiday whilst being close enough to the resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa to enjoy the more vibrant nightlife that they offer.
