Summary: The room is clean but the thatch was recently redone on our chalet so some bits were falling down during our whole stay. We made sure we kept our suitcases closed and kept the mosquito net over the bed as a solution because our room had a great view. We saw bushboks, kudus, a wildebeest, trumpeter hornbills, bush babies, many other birds right from our patio.

Summary: It’s peaceful, pleasant and quiet even when busy and the service is exceptional. I have 4 kids and there is enough for them to do on the property that they don’t trouble me or other guests so I can actually relax on a family vacay. My favorite place to vacay close to home, and likely anywhere.
